Care4all are a North East Lincolnshire based charity that provides a diverse range of social care services and support. They offer support to some of the most vulnerable people in society, bringing a personalised approach to help make a difference to those they encounter.
Care4all approached Perspective Design to create an online booking system for their meals on wheels service along with needing a restructuring and redesign of their website. The previous website was dated in style and appearance and didn't do justice to the quality of works and service offered by Care4all.
To meet the needs of Care4all, we designed and built them a new website. We reimagined their logo within this design, bringing the overall feel and look of their website up to date. This meant that all aspects of the website could be viewed clearly on high resolution devices and also in a responsive manner, depending on the device being used.
The Care4all website was restructured so that their services could be clearly indentified. As part of this, we built a bespoke booking system for their meals on wheels service, allowing their customers to book meals when needed. To compliment this, we also created a custom invoice and payments page, so that customers can pay their outstanding invoices at their convenience.
Care4all like to keep their customers and staff up to date with the life of the charity, so we built a custom news section on the website to keep people in the loop. We provided the necessary on site training to the Care4all team, showing them how to manage and update any website content themselves.
Alerting people to vacancies within Care4all also needed including in the website redesign. So, we built a custom vacancies section so that they could advertise internal and external job vacancies with ease.
Finally, we know that presentation is key and much of this comes from the images used on a website. With this in mind, we worked with a professional photographer to capture the works of Care4all, demonstrating the life of this very active charity.
Care4all were extremely happy with their website redesign. The staff in Care4all took great pleasure in directing people to their new site, which helped to raise their profile within the community. The staff now feel that their website reflects clearly the quality of service that they provide. Visitors to the website have also found the site easy to use with clear and defined navigation.
The custom built aspects of the website have streamlined the Care4all office processes when it comes to the online booking of meals and making payments. It has reduced the number of telephone enquiries. as customers are able to take charge in managing their orders. Making enquiries can also be completed with ease through the website.
